Job progress
The client asks how the job is going and the answer is that it is going fine, without saying what is actually done.
It gives you a short progress note, with what is done and what is next, so you can answer the client without only saying things are fine.
How to use it
- Press Copy, or the button for the app you use.
- Paste the text into the chat.
- Write what you need, with your own details. For example:This week we finished the patio wall and half the kitchen roof. Tomorrow we keep going on the roof. There is no new handover date yet.

In three steps
- Write what is already done and what is next, without dressing it up.
- Take out any date you do not have yet.
- Send that note to the client once you have read it.
A tip. Do not add a date you do not have. A clear note is better than 'it's going fine'.

- Is it free?
- Yes. Salsa Bots does not charge for the recipes. You copy the text and use it.
- Do I have to pay for ChatGPT?
- The recipe is free. ChatGPT, Claude, and the other apps may ask you for their own account. You see that in each app.
- Is my data safe?
- What you write stays in the chat of the app you choose. Salsa Bots does not receive that text.
- Does it work on my phone?
- Yes. Open the recipe, copy, and paste into the app, the same way as on a computer.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. If you can copy and paste, you can use it. You write in your own words.
- Can I change the answer?
- Yes. It is a draft for you. Read it, fix what does not sound like your work, and keep what helps.
