Contracts expiring this month
What it's for Every Monday it flags contracts that expire soon, without signing anything.
The prompt (copy it and paste it into your assistant)
Every Monday at 9:30 tell me which contracts expire in the next 30 days. Do not sign or change them. Here they are: [paste the contracts]
The task repeats and gets forgotten if it is not scheduled.
How to use it
- Press Copy, or the button for the app you use.
- Paste the text into the chat.
- Write what you need, with your own details. For example:The shop lease expires on the 28th. The supplier agreement expires in three months. The maintenance one expires in 20 days.
You write
The shop lease expires on the 28th. The supplier agreement expires in three months. The maintenance one expires in 20 days.
You get back
Within 30 days: the shop lease, on the 28th, and maintenance, in 20 days. The supplier agreement expires in three months, so it stays off this notice. I did not change or sign anything.
In three steps
- Use only what is written in the note or already connected.
- If a fact is missing, leave it blank and say so.
- Do not send, pay, or change anything on your own.
A tip If the assistant cannot schedule, keep the text and turn it on yourself.
Questions
- Is it free?
- Yes. Salsa Bots does not charge for the recipes. You copy the text and use it.
- Do I have to pay for ChatGPT?
- The recipe is free. ChatGPT, Claude, and the other apps may ask you for their own account. You see that in each app.
- Is my data safe?
- What you write stays in the chat of the app you choose. Salsa Bots does not receive that text.
- Does it work on my phone?
- Yes. Open the recipe, copy, and paste into the app, the same way as on a computer.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. If you can copy and paste, you can use it. You write in your own words.
- Can I change the answer?
- Yes. It is a draft for you. Read it, fix what does not sound like your work, and keep what helps.
