Decision note
After a decision, everyone remembers a different version.
From your notes of what was decided, who does it, and by when, it can leave a one-paragraph note. It does not add decisions that were not written down.
How to use it
- Press Copy, or the button for the app you use.
- Paste the text into the chat.
- Write what you need, with your own details. For example:We decided to open Saturday only until 2. Ana is in charge. It starts this Saturday.
You write
We decided to open Saturday only until 2. Ana is in charge. It starts this Saturday.
You get back
Decision note - We decided to open Saturday only until 2. - Ana is in charge. - It starts this Saturday. This is what your note comes to. Change it if something is not from your day.
In three steps
- Tell it about "Decision note" in your own words, the way you would tell a coworker.
- Read what comes back and change any figure or name you did not say.
- Read it quietly and share it only when it sounds like what was actually said.
A tip. If a name is not in your notes, do not add it later.
