Papers for the visit
Someone arrives and a document the clinic already meant to request is missing.
From the checklist you write for each kind of visit, it can draft a reminder of what to bring. It fits as standing Grok Bot instructions once a tested link exists. Until then, the same text is pasted into ChatGPT, Claude, Muse Code, or Hermes. It does not say what treatment or diagnosis a person has.
How to use it
- Press Copy, or the button for the app you use.
- Paste the text into the chat.
- Write what you need, with your own details. For example:For a first visit I ask for an ID and the list of medicines. For a follow-up, only the ID. Do not ask for a diagnosis.
Note: it does not replace a doctor or a nurse.
You write
For a first visit I ask for an ID and the list of medicines. For a follow-up, only the ID. Do not ask for a diagnosis.
You get back
Papers for the visit - For a first visit I ask for an ID and the list of medicines. - For a follow-up, only the ID. - Do not ask for a diagnosis. This is what your note comes to. Change it if something is not from your day.
In three steps
- Tell it about "Papers for the visit" in your own words, the way you would tell a coworker.
- Read what comes back and change any figure or name you did not say.
- Read it before you use it and take out any extra detail.
A tip. A first name and a time are usually enough. Leave the reason for the visit out.
