Agenda for the meeting
What it's for From the topic, the time, and the points you want covered, it can suggest an agenda with minutes and does not invite anyone.
The prompt (copy it and paste it into your assistant)
I am going to paste what follows. From the topic, the time, and the points you want covered, it can suggest an agenda with minutes and does not invite anyone. Do not invent facts. Do not send the invitation. Do not decide for the team. Answer in this order: 1. What I asked for, using only the details I pasted 2. Anything missing, left blank, if it was not in the text 3. The text ready for me to copy. Do not send it Here it is: [paste this here: How many minutes you have]
The meeting starts with no list and wanders.
How to use it
- Press Copy, or the button for the app you use.
- Paste the text into the chat.
- Write what you need, with your own details. For example:We have 40 minutes. I want to close Saturday's hours and see who covers Ana's vacation. Nothing else.
You write
We have 40 minutes. I want to close Saturday's hours and see who covers Ana's vacation. Nothing else.
You get back
40 minutes. Nothing else. 1. Saturday hours. Leave with a closing time. 20 minutes. 2. Who covers Ana's vacation. Leave with a name. 20 minutes. If at minute 20 of the first topic there is no time, write "no time yet" and move to the second. Do not eat Ana's time. There is no third topic. If one appears, it is written down for another day.
In three steps
- Split the 40 minutes into two equal blocks.
- Each block has to leave with a fact: a time, or a name.
- Cut the topic that runs long even if it is not closed.
A tip Two topics in 40 minutes are 20 and 20. The third does not fit.
