Delay notice
The customer hears late that the delivery moved.
If you state the stop, the new window, and the reason you can actually share, it can leave a short notice. You send it.
How to use it

- Paste the text into the chat.

In three steps
- Tell it about "Delay notice" in your own words, the way you would tell a coworker.
- Read what comes back and change any figure or name you did not say.
- Keep it with the parcel or in the route folder.
A tip. Copy the tracking number, the time, and the address as they are.
