Calls to return
What it's for If you list the name, the time, and the reason in one sentence, it leaves the calls to return.
The prompt (copy it and paste it into your assistant)
I am going to paste what follows. If you list the name, the time, and the reason in one sentence, it leaves the calls to return. Do not invent facts. Do not call. Do not write a diagnosis. Do not invent a number. Answer in this order: 1. What I asked for, using only the details I pasted 2. Anything missing, left blank, if it was not in the text 3. The text ready for me to copy. Do not send it Here it is: [paste this here: Reason in one sentence]
At close, calls are written on different slips.
How to use it
- Press Copy, or the button for the app you use.
- Paste the text into the chat.
- Write what you need, with your own details. For example:Rosa called at 9 about the result. Pedro called at 10:15 to move his Thursday appointment.
You write
Rosa called at 9 about the result. Pedro called at 10:15 to move his Thursday appointment.
You get back
To call back 9:00 Rosa. Reason: the result. Do not read the result aloud when you call back if people are in the room. Tell her it is in and that she should come by, or that she will see it with the person who treats her. 10:15 Pedro. He wants to move Thursday's visit. Ask him which day. Do not offer one without looking at the book. Rosa first. A result waits more urgently than a time change.
In three steps
- One line per call: time, name, and the reason in one sentence.
- Do not read Rosa the result in the waiting room.
- Do not give Pedro a time without seeing the book.
A tip The clinical reason is not dictated on the list. 'Result' is enough.
