Note to families
A school notice goes out late and with extra detail.
From the fact, the date, and what families should bring, it can leave a short note. It does not name children or send it.
How to use it
- Press Copy, or the button for the app you use.
- Paste the text into the chat.
- Write what you need, with your own details. For example:Friday there is no class in the afternoon because of the school fair. The children leave at 1. They should bring water.

In three steps
- Tell it about "Note to families" in your own words, the way you would tell a coworker.
- Read what comes back and change any figure or name you did not say.
- Check it before you hand it out or read it aloud.
A tip. Leave out details about children that the list does not need.
