Internal meeting agreements
What it's for You copy what was left on the board and it turns that into a list, without adding agreements.
The prompt (copy it and paste it into your assistant)
I am going to paste what follows. You copy what was left on the board and it turns that into a list, without adding agreements. Do not invent facts. Do not invent an agreement. Do not assign new tasks. Do not send the list. Answer in this order: 1. What I asked for, using only the details I pasted 2. Anything missing, left blank, if it was not in the text 3. The text ready for me to copy. Do not send it Here it is: [paste this here: Wording as it was left on the board]
The internal meeting ends and the agreements stay on the board.
How to use it
- Press Copy, or the button for the app you use.
- Paste the text into the chat.
- Write what you need, with your own details. For example:Operations board from the meeting, Thursday at 9:15. What was left: Marta closes the inventory report on Friday. Luis calls the box supplier that same Thursday. Nobody wrote down who prints the copies.
You write
Operations board from the meeting, Thursday at 9:15. What was left: Marta closes the inventory report on Friday. Luis calls the box supplier that same Thursday. Nobody wrote down who prints the copies.
You get back
Open items taken from the board Only what was written Thursday at 9:15. Marta turns in the inventory report on Friday. Luis contacts the box supplier that same Thursday. Copies have no owner: nobody was named to print them. Do not add another task.
In three steps
- Copy the two Thursday 9:15 tasks with the person and the day.
- Leave the copies with no owner, as the board had them.
- Pass the list to the operations group with no third task.
A tip If you add who prints, you are inventing an agreement that was not there.
