Do not calculate tax. Do not file a return. Do not invent a number. Answer in this order: 1. One line per invoice: number, supplier, and date 2. Leave blank the number you do not have 3. Do not file the month while that line is still empty Here it is: [paste this here: Number if you have it]
The month's invoices are photos and there is no list.
How to use it
- Press Copy, or the button for the app you use.
- Paste the text into the chat.
- Write what you need, with your own details. For example:I have a photo of invoice 104 from the hardware store, March 2. I am missing the grocery one from the 8th.
Note: it does not move your money or replace the person who keeps the books.
You write
I have a photo of invoice 104 from the hardware store, March 2. I am missing the grocery one from the 8th.
You get back
Month index Already in - 104, hardware store, March 2. The photo exists. Move it to the folder with that name: 104-hardware-03-02. Missing - Grocery, March 8. No number. Do not invent the number. When you have the photo, a line gets added. Do not close the month on a single invoice. The index has a gap on purpose.
In three steps
- One line per invoice: number, supplier, and date.
- Leave blank the number you do not have.
- Do not file the month while that line is still empty.
A tip A photo with no file name gets lost again. The index is the name.
