I am going to paste what follows. If you write the problem, the scope, and the next step, it leaves one page for you to send. Do not invent facts. Do not send the proposal. Do not set a price. Do not promise a deadline you did not give.
Answer in this order:

2. Put spending a Sunday with her as the next step, with no price and no deadline
