Supplier order
The order is built when the truck is already at the door.
From what ran out and what you want to restock, it can leave the order list. It does not send it.
How to use it
- Press Copy, or the button for the app you use.
- Paste the text into the chat.
- Write what you need, with your own details. For example:We ran out of oil, rice, and napkins. I want to restock 2 boxes of oil, 1 of rice, and 10 packs of napkins.
You write
We ran out of oil, rice, and napkins. I want to restock 2 boxes of oil, 1 of rice, and 10 packs of napkins.
You get back
Supplier order - We ran out of oil, rice, and napkins. - I want to restock 2 boxes of oil, 1 of rice, and 10 packs of napkins. This is what your note comes to. Change it if something is not from your day.
In three steps
- Tell it about "Supplier order" in your own words, the way you would tell a coworker.
- Read what comes back and change any figure or name you did not say.
- Leave it in the kitchen or at the register before you open.
A tip. Write amounts and names the way your place actually uses them.
