Open items for the week

Monday arrives without one list of what is still open.

From the loose notes you paste, it can group open items, flag the ones with no date, and leave out what you already marked done.

How to use it

  1. Press Copy, or the button for the app you use.
  2. Paste the text into the chat.
  3. Write what you need, with your own details. For example:Notes: call the insurer, Luis's quote was already sent, and we still need toner. The insurer has no date.

You write

Notes: call the insurer, Luis's quote was already sent, and we still need toner. The insurer has no date.

You get back

Open items for the week - Notes: call the insurer, Luis's quote was already sent, and we still need toner. - The insurer has no date. This is what your note comes to. Change it if something is not from your day.

In three steps

  1. Tell it about "Open items for the week" in your own words, the way you would tell a coworker.
  2. Read what comes back and change any figure or name you did not say.
  3. Read it quietly and share it only when it sounds like what was actually said.

A tip. If a name is not in your notes, do not add it later.
