An improvement idea is told in the hallway and never reaches the person who decides.
From the problem, the proposal, and the cost you already estimated, it can leave a one-page note to circulate. It does not invent the savings.
How to use it

In three steps
- Tell it about "Internal proposal" in your own words, the way you would tell a coworker.
