Referral details
The referral goes out incomplete and the specialist asks for the same things again.
If you list the fields your clinic does send, it can check that none are missing in the text you paste. It does not write a diagnosis.
How to use it
- Press Copy, or the button for the app you use.
- Paste the text into the chat.
- Write what you need, with your own details. For example:The note I have has the name and the age. The specialist also wants when it started and what was already done. Do not write a diagnosis.

- Tell it about "Referral details" in your own words, the way you would tell a coworker.
- Read what comes back and change any figure or name you did not say.
- Read it before you use it and take out any extra detail.
A tip. A first name and a time are usually enough. Leave the reason for the visit out.
