Shelf restock
You learn a screw is missing when the customer already asked for it.
If you give it a sheet with quantities and the minimum you set, it can flag what is under that minimum and leave a draft order. It fits Muse Code when the sheet is a file you point it to. It does not buy, and it does not change your minimums.
How to use it
- Press Copy, or the button for the app you use.
- Paste the text into the chat.
- Write what you need, with your own details. For example:2-inch nails: 8 boxes left, minimum 10. White paint: 3 gallons, minimum 2. Screws: 1 box, minimum 4.
You write
2-inch nails: 8 boxes left, minimum 10. White paint: 3 gallons, minimum 2. Screws: 1 box, minimum 4.
You get back
Shelf restock - 2-inch nails: 8 boxes left, minimum 10. - White paint: 3 gallons, minimum 2. - Screws: 1 box, minimum 4. This is what your note comes to. Change it if something is not from your day.
In three steps
- Tell it about "Shelf restock" in your own words, the way you would tell a coworker.
- Read what comes back and change any figure or name you did not say.
- Keep it at the counter so you are not answering from memory.
A tip. Copy the size from the product or the order, not from memory.
