A comment waits and the reply comes out defensive.
If you paste the comment and say what you want to clarify, it can leave a short reply. You publish it.
How to use it
- Press Copy, or the button for the app you use.
- Paste the text into the chat.
- Write what you need, with your own details. For example:Comment: do you ship inland? Yes, from 20 up, and it takes a week. Do not promise less.

In three steps
- Tell it about "Reply to a comment" in your own words, the way you would tell a coworker.
- Read what comes back and change any figure or name you did not say.
