Include only the lines that are in the note: what it is, how much was asked, and the value if it is already written. If the value is missing, keep the line and leave the value blank. Do not send anything. Close with a line inviting a question, and do not promise a delivery date that is not written. Visit list: [paste materials, quantities, and anything already noted]
