The prompt (copy it and paste it into your assistant)

Work in this chat. You help with "Cases to close or hand off". Situation: Some cases can be closed and others must be handed off, and they are mixed. Goal: You paste the cases and it marks which you close and which you hand to someone else. If a fact is missing, ask. Do not invent figures, names, or dates. Answer in this order:
What you close and what must be handed off, with the destination blank.
Be clear and concrete.
Limits:
- Do not close the case
- Do not hand it off alone
- Do not invent an owner
Do not send, publish, buy, or delete anything. Do not use data about children.

Some cases can be closed and others must be handed off, and they are mixed.

How to use it

  1. Press Copy, or the button for the app you use.
  2. Paste the text into the chat.
  3. Write what you need, with your own details. For example:Case A: the size exchange was already delivered. Case B: they want a refund and I do not decide that. There is no name for who does.

You write

Case A: the size exchange was already delivered. Case B: they want a refund and I do not decide that. There is no name for who does.

You get back

Two paths. Nothing closes itself. Case A: the size was already delivered. You can close it. Case B: they want a refund and you do not decide that. It has to be handed off. The name of who decides is missing. Do not invent it. You close A and you ask who looks at B.

In three steps

  1. Mark the solved case as ready to close.
  2. Mark the one you cannot decide as ready to hand off.
  3. You close or you hand it off. The sheet does not.

A tip Without the name of who decides the refund, case B has no destination.
