Two drafts. Nothing gets sent. Message: Pedro, the order leaves Thursday. Form: name Pedro. City: empty, do not fill it. Phone: you did not give it. Field stays empty. You send the message and the form when the city and the phone are in.

In three steps

Write the message with what you did give.
Leave the field empty when the fact is missing.
You send both.
