What a prompt is and how to write one
A prompt is the instruction you give the AI. This guide says what to include and links the prompts on this site.
What a prompt is
It is the text you copy and paste. You tell the AI its role, the result you want, and which details are yours. Nothing is sent on its own.
How to write one
Start with the result. Say who you are in that task, the format you want, and mark with brackets what you will paste. If a fact is missing, ask for a blank.
How to use the ones here
Open the prompt, copy it, paste your details, and review the result before you send it. If it touches money or health, it does not replace a professional.
Topics
- Prompts for work
Prompts for email, meetings, the books, and the month close. The result uses only what is in your notes and leaves a blank where a fact is missing.
- Prompts for a business
Prompts for the cash count, quotes, customers, and the materials order. The result is a draft. You send it.
- Prompts for daily life
Prompts for the month and for a service complaint, using your own details. Each one leaves a draft for you to review.
- Prompts for creators
Prompts for finishing a brief before you produce anything. They help when the job is still half written and questions are missing.
- Prompts you can schedule
Prompts for repeating a task when your assistant can schedule it. If it cannot, it hands the text back so you can turn it on.
