Supplier invoice

An invoice is filed without checking that it matches what arrived.

If you paste the invoice and what you received, it can flag lines that do not match. It does not approve it.

How to use it

  1. Press Copy, or the button for the app you use.
  2. Paste the text into the chat.
  3. Write what you need, with your own details. For example:The invoice says 10 bags and 8 arrived. The price per bag is what we agreed. 2 are missing.

Nothing is sent on its own. You paste the text and write what you need.

Note: it does not move your money or replace the person who keeps the books.
