Build a two-week posting calendar from the topics you already have

Works with any AI

What it's for It leaves a two-week draft with the day, network, topic, format, and one idea per post.

What you get A calendar marked as a draft, to review before anything is posted.

Example result

Draft for review. None of this is published. Rule for this draft: each topic goes out once a week. A weekday with no topic left stays empty. I do not fill that gap with a made-up subject. Week 1

The prompt (copy it and paste it into your assistant)

Help me build a two-week posting calendar from the topics I already have. I do the posting and you only arrange a draft. Return one row per post, with the day, the network, the topic, the format, and a one-line idea. Use only the networks I give you and only the days I can post. If the topics do not cover every one of those days, leave the day empty: do not invent a topic to fill it. You may repeat a topic in the other week, marked as the same topic. If a topic does not fit, put it on a leftover list. Do not invent event dates, metrics, or topics that are not on my list. Do not publish anything. Mark it as a draft so I can review it before posting.

Topics: [paste the topics you already have]
Networks: [paste the two or three networks you use]
Frequency: [paste how often you can post]

The topics sit in a loose list, and it is unclear what goes out each day or on which network.

How to use it

  1. Copy the prompt.
  2. Paste your details into the brackets.
  3. Review the result before you use it.Topics: how a project starts, a mistake I already fixed, a question people keep asking me. Networks: the photo one and the short-text one. I can post on weekdays, once a day, and not on the weekend.

You write

Topics: how a project starts, a mistake I already fixed, a question people keep asking me. Networks: the photo one and the short-text one. I can post on weekdays, once a day, and not on the weekend.

You get back

Draft for review. None of this is published. Rule for this draft: each topic goes out once a week. A weekday with no topic left stays empty. I do not fill that gap with a made-up subject. Week 1 - Monday. Short-text network. Topic: how a project starts. Format: a short note. Idea: tell the first step and leave the ending for later. - Tuesday. Empty. There is no other subject on the list. - Wednesday. Photo network. Topic: a mistake I already fixed. Format: an image with one line. Idea: show the change only if you already have the image. - Thursday. Empty. Same reason. - Friday. Short-text network. Topic: a question people keep asking me. Format: question and answer. Idea: answer with what you already know, without building a case. - Saturday and Sunday. Empty, because the weekend is out. Week 2 - Monday. Photo network. Topic: how a project starts. Format: an image with one line. Idea: the same subject, on the other network. Not a new topic. - Wednesday. Short-text network. Topic: a mistake I already fixed. Format: a short note. Idea: say what you changed, with no improvement figure. - Friday. Photo network. Topic: a question people keep asking me. Format: an image with the question. Idea: the same question, now on photos. Leftovers: none. These days are slots in the draft. They are not the date of an event. I did not add views, clicks, or a publish button. This stays with you so you can correct it before anyone else sees it. I did not send it.

In three steps

  1. Spread the pasted topics only across days you can actually post.
  2. On each row leave the day, the network, the topic, the format, and one idea.
  3. Mark it as a draft and leave a day empty when it has no topic.

A tip If there is no topic for that day, the slot stays empty. Do not invent one.
