Build the agenda with one question per topic

Works with any AI

What it's for It turns the topics you wrote into a short agenda, with one question each.

What you get An agenda: topic, question, and no filler.

Example result

1. Sign. Question: do we order it or wait for the permit? 2. Thursday's visit. Question: who goes? 3. Other: incomplete topic. The note does not say what it is about.

The prompt (copy it and paste it into your assistant)

Help me build the agenda for this meeting. I am calling it and you write it. For each topic in my note, one question: what has to be decided or confirmed. Do not add topics. Do not add times if I did not write them. If a topic cannot have a question because the note does not say what it is about, write "incomplete topic" and do not dress it up.

Topics: [paste the meeting topics here]

The meeting runs long because the agenda did not say what had to be decided.

How to use it

  1. Copy the prompt.
  2. Paste your details into the brackets.
  3. Review the result before you use it.Topics: the sign, Thursday's visit, and "other".

You write

Topics: the sign, Thursday's visit, and "other".

You get back

1. Sign. Question: do we order it or wait for the permit? 2. Thursday's visit. Question: who goes? 3. Other: incomplete topic. The note does not say what it is about. This stays with you so you can correct it before anyone else sees it. I did not send it.

In three steps

  1. One topic from the note, one question.
  2. Do not add times that are not there.
  3. Mark incomplete whatever is unclear.

A tip If the topic says "other", do not turn it into three new topics.
