One-to-one meeting
The weekly conversation turns into a task review and not a look at blockers.
From the open items you note, it can suggest three questions for the conversation. It does not evaluate the person.
How to use it
- Press Copy, or the button for the app you use.
- Paste the text into the chat.
- Write what you need, with your own details. For example:Open items with Ana: Friday's order is still open and she said the system blocks her. I do not want a task list. I want to talk about the blocker.
You write
Open items with Ana: Friday's order is still open and she said the system blocks her. I do not want a task list. I want to talk about the blocker.
You get back
One-to-one meeting - Open items with Ana: Friday's order is still open and she said the system blocks her. - I do not want a task list. - I want to talk about the blocker. This is what your note comes to. Change it if something is not from your day.
In three steps
- Tell it about "One-to-one meeting" in your own words, the way you would tell a coworker.
- Read what comes back and change any figure or name you did not say.
- Read it quietly and share it only when it sounds like what was actually said.
A tip. If a name is not in your notes, do not add it later.
