One-to-one meeting

The weekly conversation turns into a task review and not a look at blockers.

From the open items you note, it can suggest three questions for the conversation. It does not evaluate the person.

How to use it

  1. Press Copy, or the button for the app you use.
  2. Paste the text into the chat.
  3. Write what you need, with your own details. For example:Open items with Ana: Friday's order is still open and she said the system blocks her. I do not want a task list. I want to talk about the blocker.

You write

Open items with Ana: Friday's order is still open and she said the system blocks her. I do not want a task list. I want to talk about the blocker.

You get back

One-to-one meeting - Open items with Ana: Friday's order is still open and she said the system blocks her. - I do not want a task list. - I want to talk about the blocker. This is what your note comes to. Change it if something is not from your day.

In three steps

  1. Tell it about "One-to-one meeting" in your own words, the way you would tell a coworker.
  2. Read what comes back and change any figure or name you did not say.
  3. Read it quietly and share it only when it sounds like what was actually said.

A tip. If a name is not in your notes, do not add it later.
