Sort the customer messages that actually need a reply today

Works with any AI

What it's for It splits the pile of messages into three groups: reply, wait, and noise.

What you get Three lists and, when the answer is already in the note, one draft per message.

Example reply

Reply today - Order: we still need to say if it left. Draft blank. - Damaged part: we still need to know which. Draft blank.

The prompt (copy it and paste it into your assistant)

Help me sort these customer messages. I run the shop and you classify them. Make three groups: needs a reply today, can wait, and asks for nothing. In the first group, if the note already contains the answer, write a one or two line draft. If it does not, leave the draft blank and write the question that is missing. Do not send anything.

Messages: [paste the messages here, as they arrived]

The easy message gets answered and the one that needs a reply stays at the bottom.

How to use it

  1. Press Copy, or the button for the app you use.
  2. Paste the text into the chat.
  3. Write what you need, with your own details. For example:One asks if the order already left. Another sends a sticker. Another says the part arrived damaged.

You write

One asks if the order already left. Another sends a sticker. Another says the part arrived damaged.

You get back

Reply today - Order: we still need to say if it left. Draft blank. - Damaged part: we still need to know which. Draft blank. Can wait - None. Asks for nothing - The sticker. This stays with you so you can correct it before anyone else sees it. I did not send it.

In three steps

  1. Separate reply, wait, and noise.
  2. Draft only if the answer is already written.
  3. Do not send any message.

A tip If you do not know the answer, do not invent it in the draft.
