Each pay period, on the Friday before at 9:00, remind me of the payroll changes. If you can schedule it, do so and tell me how to test it. If not, hand the text back. List only what is in the note: people starting, absences, shift changes. Do not calculate pay or pay days. If the note has no changes, say "no changes noted". This does not replace the person who runs payroll. Changes: [paste what was noted this period]
