Vacation cover

Someone leaves and everyone else discovers on Monday what they did.

If you list the tasks that person covers and who can take each one, it can leave a cover sheet.

How to use it

  1. Press Copy, or the button for the app you use.
  2. Paste the text into the chat.
  3. Write what you need, with your own details. For example:I am out from the 10th to the 14th. Ana can read customer email. Luis can sign orders. Nobody else has the bank password.

Nothing is sent on its own. You paste the text and write what you need.

You write

I am out from the 10th to the 14th. Ana can read customer email. Luis can sign orders. Nobody else has the bank password.

You get back

Vacation cover - I am out from the 10th to the 14th. - Ana can read customer email. - Luis can sign orders. - Nobody else has the bank password. This is what your note comes to. Change it if something is not from your day.

In three steps

  1. Tell it about "Vacation cover" in your own words, the way you would tell a coworker.
  2. Read what comes back and change any figure or name you did not say.
  3. Read it quietly and share it only when it sounds like what was actually said.

A tip. If a name is not in your notes, do not add it later.
